Company culture here is no paying attention to employee's reasonable objetions and/or questions until it's too late.

If client says "I have X problem" you have to remote connection/call/etc with him/her = when there's absolutely no problem - I checked those "errors" and most of the time, they're wrong and don't reply. I have problems with this...
